What you’ll do
- Develop healthy customer relationships
- Generate enthusiasm among customers for digital transformation using our no-code app solution
- Advice on implementation options and help with the use of the platform
- Conduct customer training and active help with the creation of customer use cases
- Support during the purchase decision, as well as the introduction of the Open as App platform at the customer’s site
- Act as a customer advocate internally
What you’ll need
- Customer success or account servicing experience with more complex, enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple customers, encouraging upsells and cross-sells, and exceeding new business targets
- Understanding of processes and ability to generate technical solutions from them
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Fluent in English and one of those languages: German, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian
