We are looking for a communicative and customer-enthusiastic Account Manager / Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) for a permanent position with immediate effect.

What you’ll do

 

  • Develop healthy customer relationships
  • Generate enthusiasm among customers for digital transformation using our no-code app solution
  • Advice on implementation options and help with the use of the platform
  • Conduct customer training and active help with the creation of customer use cases
  • Support during the purchase decision, as well as the introduction of the Open as App platform at the customer’s site
  • Act as a customer advocate internally
What you’ll need
  • Customer success or account servicing experience with more complex, enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple customers, encouraging upsells and cross-sells, and exceeding new business targets
  • Understanding of processes and ability to generate technical solutions from them
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Fluent in English and one of those languages: German, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian
